The only exchange: when your case closes, you let us publish it anonymized.

急诊、住院、手术、救护车账单都可以。金额太小，申诉空间有限，对你我都是浪费时间。ER, hospital-stay, surgery, and ambulance bills all count. Smaller bills rarely leave room to dispute.

觉得贵、看不懂、被催收Too high, confusing, or in collections

不需要你已经确认账单有错——觉得离谱就是理由。重复收费、高编码、违规的网络外收费都很常见，查了才知道。You don't need to prove an error first. Duplicates, upcoding, and illegal out-of-network charges are common — you only find them by looking.

免费是真的免费吗？后面会不会收费？Is it really free? Any charges later?

前 10 单的检查、申诉和跟进全部免费，没有隐藏收费。交换条件只有案例授权这一条，申请时就写清楚了。名额用完之后才转为「不成功不收费、按追回金额抽 20–25%」的正式收费。The first 10 cases are fully free — check, dispute, and follow-up — with no hidden charges. The only exchange is case-study consent, stated up front. Paid pricing (no recovery, no fee; 20–25% of the recovery) starts only after the free spots are gone.

我的信息安全吗？Is my information safe?

申请阶段我们只收姓名、联系方式和账单概况，不收任何文件、SSN、保险账号或密码。案例展示时姓名、日期、账号等可识别信息全部脱敏。At application we collect only your name, contact, and bill basics — no documents, SSN, insurance logins, or passwords. Published cases are stripped of names, dates, and account details.

能保证申诉成功、减免多少吗？Can you guarantee a reduction?

不能，也不会这样承诺。每张账单的情况不同，我们能保证的是逐行查清、把站得住的争议都提出来、跟进到底。查完如果确实没有可争议的部分，我们会如实告诉你。No — and we won't pretend otherwise. Every bill differs. What we guarantee is a line-by-line check, every defensible dispute filed, and follow-through. If a bill turns out to be clean, we'll tell you honestly.
